Rocky the Saint Bernard- We found a rescue to take him so, he was safe, but while we working out a time to meet up with Adopt a Saint Rescue... Rocky was adopted by a family, May 19th 2008! Even better! We hope Rocky and his new family have a life filled with GIANT size kisses and BIG love!

A special thank you to someone (you know who you are) who saw my listing for this wonderful girl on craigslist, checked out our website for more info and then contacted me to foster the cutie as she was on the euthenasia list! While working to find a rescue to bail her out, with a foster family waiting on hand, this beautiful lab was adopted by a family on May 19, 2008. We wish her and her family a happy and healthy life.

LULU

Lulu was an owner surrender to the Ventura County Animal Regulation. She is a sweet, adorable Yellow Lab.  Lulu was in extreme jeopardy of being euthenized with only a few hours left to live when she was adopted by a loving family around March 20, 2008.

CANTER

We adopted Canter on March 18, 2008. She was a stray brought in by the Ventura County Animal Regulation. Our first meeting with Canter was in the exercise pin at the shelter. When she walked in she sniffed around a bit and then walked right up to us, very cautiously, and very submissive. We said "Hi" and as we went to pet her she rolled over on her back and got the much deserved belly rub she had been waiting for. We thought she'd be a perfect match for us and our older Golden Retriever. She has definitely kept us busy the last month, but we couldn't imagine our lives without her. She has a loving forever home for the rest of her life.
